Richard
M. Schall and Patricia A. Barasch have opened their
own law firm - Schall & Barasch LLC. It will
focus on representing employees in employment-rights
litigation, including handicap/disability discrimination,
Family and Medical Leave Act issues, and issues under
the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
Previously with Tomar, Simonoff, Adourian, O'Brien,
Kaplan, Jacoby & Graziano in Cherry Hill, Schall
& Barasch together bring 18 years of experience
in the employment-law field to their new firm. Robert
J. Cox, also previously with Tomar Simonoff, has joined
the firm as an associate. Schall and Barasch have opened
their offices in Moorestown.
